He is intimately knowledgeable with most of North and East Texas around the Dallas area and directs his search efforts clearly defined by the buyer's needs (hunting, fishing, retirement, or simple investment purposes). Bruce always shows up promptly and cheerful, is extremely "low pressure", and willing to travel at significant distances from his residence to show properties. He brings his ATV and satellite maps of the specific property so that the client can see all parts of it.
